Not Bug Cant do Pap because of glitched npc

    In the Last Week I cannot Take the Daily quest from "Mr.Bouffon" at Path of Time for me to have to Crack that require to Summon the Pap boss When ever I talk to the npc And Click Accept nothings happens than when i Change Channels Its just dissapear and it comes back after a while doing the same , its not just for me tho its happens to my friend as well please help me asap
