Well this is the story...I started downloading the november patch files..Dragged them to the game directory, when i double clicked the mapleroyals.exe it crashes saying the game directory is corrupted, tried a few times but didn't work... Deleted everything, now I am currently trying to download the setup but everytime the download achieves 37.1 mb worth of files and gets stuck... Pl0x Help. Thanks in advance.
Do you have any antiviruses or firewalls that may accidentally consider MapleRoyals files to be illegitimate?
I am currently experiencing the same technical issues with my client download since the last patch. i turned off all antivirus and firewalls whilst downloading. BUT my download stops @640mb downloaded instead of the full 1.4gb file. I have tried multiple times and even thinking of trying from a different internet location. Very frustrating indeed.
Have you tried using a different browser? Also make sure after your download the mapleroyals.exe is in your exceptions list of the anti virus you're using.
Anyway fixed the first problem...But now the extraction ends up with a 1152 error: cant extract temporary file.. which cant find a legit solution throughout the net...
I still cant download the client. Using different browser. Keeps stopping me at 33%. Also this has been happening to me lately while browsing the forum on mapleroyals.
having the same problem as BeBo, tried re downloading but still getting an error when trying to install. anyone have a fix?
i have a fix. may not work for everyone as i assume all of our setups are diffferent. but i tried 4 different web browsers including internet explorer, google chrome, and fire fox. the only one which worked is tor browser for me. it let me download and install fine.
