cant enter the game and use the control panel

I can't enter the game
when i loggin it shows


i use the control panel to loggout
but it says
The username or password is incorrect. Please try again.
You will be redirected in 3 seconds

ID and password are correct
i don't know why it shows that.

what could i do now?

 

If your password is longer than 12 characters than you can't log in at the control panel and you would need help resetting it.
