Whenever I press Alt+Enter, it shows the FPS and a bunch of other numbers in the top right corner. This occurs when I press Alt+Enter twice. Help?! :(

I'm having the same problem. De-selecting fullscreen in the settings doesn't work either for me.

You may need to check your monitor settings, change the screen refresh rate to 60 hertz.

My moniter refreshrate is set to 59. When I try to change it to 60, it goes back to 59 automatically.

Weird. Are you pressing the 'apply' button? It doesn't change back for me.

    This is what happens:

    I also found this:

Since the monitor is essentially running at 60 hz, maybe there is something else preventing me from going to windowed mode.

Btw, I used to be able to play in windowed mode a couple of months ago.

Same problem here, and changing to 60 hz did nothing. Worked fine a few days ago as well

Do you guys see an NVidia option when you right click on your desktop? Change Resolution in there under Display

Theres no way to stop that. If its showing the box with numbers on the top right with the fps etc. simply hold alt and press f12 and it will go away.

My monitor is set to 60Hz in the NVidia settings, but it's at 59(.94 probably) in the windows settings.

Change it to something like 60.01 or 60.02. You need to find that sweet number, for some reason when you run the game it pushes it a little lower and if you are below 60 it doesnt work (dont ask me why but i know this)

The thing is, I don't want it to just disappear. It prevents me from pressing Alt+Enter

Ahh your original post made it seem like you just wanted the box gone. Well it seems like your video drivers are having issues. Try uninstalling them and reinstalling them? Or try going to nvidia control panel and click change resolution. Hit customize and then create custom resolution. Should be and option to adjust refresh in there. You may even be able to overclock your refresh rate depending on if your monitor can handle it. Once you create the custom res you should be able to select it in Windows.

This actually worked o_O. I changed the framerate to 60.02 in the NVidia settings. I selected 60hz again in the windows settings and now it stays at 60 after I apply, and I can use alt+enter to go to windowed mode. :D

Quit the game then try to change the refresh rate again
