I bought a dragon kanzir and a dragon khanjar. I have the required stats. And yet I still cannot equip my dagger without my strength shield.
currently there is a bug using the shoulder pad that is pending for fixing. if you remove the shoulder pad, you should be able to wear your gear after getting the required amount (as removing the shoulder pad will decrease your str enough to not being able to wear it, assuming its more than +1 str)
