finally finished downloading royals through IDM (i wouldn't think this was the problem cuz i've been downloading games including OG maplestory and royals for many times using IDM). i went to the folder and it contained wz and dll files and the setup and patcher, but there is no royals.exe or whatever the name of the launcher is... people told me to excempt it in windows defender but windows defender is closed and everytime I try to open it, it only pops out a message saying "this app has been turned off...."
