Can't get Black Charm for 3rd job advancement (gunslinger)

    After I defeating pirate's 1st job instructor's clone, there had no black charm dropped.
    Thus I can't continue my 3rd job advancement. Why did this happen?

    It will drop make sure to wait a little bit and loot everywhere behind rocks.
