If I remember correctly, that is normal. So long as you did everything according to the guide in the guides section, you should be able to proceed with the marriage fine. Also, neither of you will get rings. That is also normal.
Yea if the bride accepts it and you cancel the secon one you can just go on to the next steps. I had a lot of trouble with this too.
