Dear developers, I get an error when i try to start MapleRoyals after installing the game. As you can see in the screenshots i excluded the installation folder from my windows defender. I also added screenshots of the bugreports. I'm sorry if some of it is in Dutch. Can you help me so i will be able to play MapleRoyals? Bugreport 1 when i try to start the game: Bugreport 2: It says: can't start the program correctly (0xc0000142). Press OK to close the program. Exclusion folders:
you should have your Windows 11 to version 22h2 with updates of January 2023 with original license If you don't have it updated, it might be that problem. I emulated Windows 11 with version 22h2 and Mapleroyals worked normally (cracked license)
You have upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 Have you seen in the January 2023 updates it works correctly or an error message came out (event viewer) Usually when Microsoft releases updates, one is good but the other is bad. when downloading bad updates it generates severe errors in Windows 11 If you continue to have an error running Mapleroyals, I would recommend you return to Windows 10 Windows 11 is a 64-bit system and asks you for a new PC as a recommendation if you have an old pc and you skip the recommended windows 11 requirements it will not be compatible with old hardware
