Hi, i recently decided to return to play maple royals, i have played a few years before. My main character has been locked during the tries that i have entered wrong password, altough i putting the right email i cant get the message for reset my password.. There is something to do for reseting my password? Thanks!
Yo don't share your username on the public forums. When you request a password reset, make sure that the email address you enter is correctly capitalized as the control panel is case sensitive. If that doesn't work, you will need to request a manual recovery of your account.
