Not Bug Can't get my third job advancement (hermit)

hi guys,

my name is donzigpoesje and today i tried to do my third job advancement on my asassin.
at first when i defeated my clone i didn't receive a black charm, the second time i killed it i did get one. when went to my job advancement instructor it should give me a necklace for my charm but instead the thief job instuctor tells me to go to el nath to see arec. he tells me i have to go to do the questions but when i go to the rock i can't start doing the questions because i don't have the necklace.

please help me with this issue

Do you have the crystal to start the quest with the rock?

when i go to my job instructor in kerning city it should give me the crystal for my black charm but instead he tells me to go to el nath to see arec

 

You need to have a dark crystal to start the quest with the rock.
