Closed cant get past char selection

    Problem: My game stops working and closes after choosing a character in the char selection.
    details: I just downloaded the game but I cannot get past char select.
    The troubleshooting guide leads me to my account being banned but my account is new and I don't remember being banned in the week I played years ago.
