Can't get past character select

I've been on and off or royal, but previously it had no problem what so ever.
But recently I wanted to come back again, but I can't get past the character select.
I've tried on 2 accounts, but the same thing happens. I DC after I select a character and it says "You have been disconnected from the login server, Please Try Again Later."

This is frustrating since i've donated a decent amount for my charcters ...

 

i am also facing this problem. sometimes it just crash completely.
Was ok until like 24 hours ago, tried downloading and reinstall but still...

May be an issue with your MAC address so you need to make a thread in 'character issues' to have someone check it out.
