Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account. Character Name: elppAyzy Additional Information: Followed the troubleshooting guide and it brought me here. Downloaded the game and wanted to play it but the furthest i can reach is the character selection, after that when i try to get into the game, the game crashes and says 'You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later'. I've also tried restarting my router and modem, and re-installing the game from another file.
