Closed Can't Get Past Character Selection

    Problem: Can't get past the character selection page.
    Details: It happened right after I disconnected from the server after I clicked my donor pet (the shark one). After that, I just couldn't get past the character selection page on that account.

    It appears you have activated your shark pet while having a Snowman Gear equipped in your pet equip slot, which causes errors since the shark can not wear this item.
    As a temporary solution I have deleted the Snowman Gear from your inventory, so you should be able to log in again.

    When refunding NX is possible, feel free to send a ~gm ingame to have 2,600 NX refunded.
