Not Bug Cant get silver mane quest(have Hog already + lvl 3)

Tried to get the dragon since i reached level 200.
Followed this quest guide.

I have the hog and level 3+ already. but still doesnt get ''silver mane quest''

Did you get hog from old source?

NOTE: There is currently a bug where if you have a hog from the old source, the quest for Dragons perfume bottle/silver mane wont show up. You will have to drop your old source hog if that is the case.

 

Yes it was from old source, i dropped my hog didnt work neither, dropped my saddle aswell rip

 

I think you have to redo the entire quest, starting from Hog iirc.
