    Problem: Can't get the 2 Carat Lovebirds Wedding Ring
    Details: Had 29/30 romantic present turn ins prior to update 52 and noticed you only need 20 turn ins now

    The issue has been fixed and you should be able to get the ring the next time you turn in a present!

    If you had 29 and then handed one in during the first hour after the server check you would have ran into this problem.
    A GM will be able to refund your character the ring.
