Can't gift my other accounts?

    I have a seperate account that Im trying to gift NX (Due to the no Voting rule) and I cannot do so.
    Is there a reason for this it just says "Not Enough Prepaid Cash" I have 6.6k NX, and im trying to gift my other account some hair coupons.

    You can drop the hair coupons. As far as I can tell, gifting doesn't work. There are a couple of people I want to gift Solo Rings to. :(
