Not Bug Can't go through Papulatus portal

    I did all the quests to kill Papulatus but can't pass the portal next to a Tombstone in order to meet with him (I have the piece of cracked dimension).
    I'm spamming the 'up' key to enter but nothing happens.
    Tried relogging but the problem is still there.
    I will be glad if some GM can help me.

    You need to have the Papulatus Medal to enter.
