Not Bug can't go to NLC through Bell the npc

    I talk to Bell in Kerning subway, and he took my 1000 mesos, but I didn't teleport to NLC.
    I think this isn't lag, because I tried waiting for a long time, and I also tried cc, but I am still at Kerning city.
    please help :)

    You need to talk to The Ticket Gate in order to get teleported, this is not a bug.
