Can't Install Game

    Since the new patch I can't install the game. On my computer I already uninstalled the game so I can't do the option of just changing a few files. On my laptop I can't uninstall the game because I'm technologically useless and I get a blue screen of death during setup. It looks like Windows 8 has problems, so that's probably what I have. I saw a thread about a lulwut program, but no link was there, so I googled it and I'm pretty sure I got some virus -.-

    Any help would be great. Please explain like I'm 2 or 3 years old since I don't understand technology in the slightest (took me from Nov 2013 to June 2014 to figure out how to install the game the first time)

    Edit: Found the place I click to install lulwut, I feel very accomplished.

    Edit 2: That was pointless as my goal is to install the game, not to launch it... Still need help.

    I got a bit further on my laptop, but there isn't enough room in my C drive and it doesn't give me a choice where to install it.
