Not Bug Can't job advance from 2nd job to 3rd

    I can't seem to advance my Spearman from 2nd to 3rd job. I have talked to Dances with Balrog and Tylus, and neither of them are saying anything. I am level 70, so it shouldn't be a problem. The other job instructors seem to have to right "And... Who might you be?" dialogue.
