Hi, i came back home today hoping to play some royals but when i tried using my pc to visit the website, it just says "the site can't be reached, royals.ms took too long to respond" and when i tried to launch the game it gives "we are unable to connect to login server due to server check..." error. I am currently using my phone to post this. Please help.
Has there been any update on this problem as im now im Experiencing this on my pc and have to use a vpn to get onto the website
There is a connection problem with a few countries. It’s not on our end, it’s with the isp and only they can clear it up unfortunately. If you want to check and see if your country might be affected, Gert made an announcement post on our Royals discord and asked players to react with their country flags to help us pinpoint the regions. If you have a paid vpn or a phone hotspot, you should be able bypass the problem and connect, I believe.
