Solved [Solution Given] Can't launch the game after installation

    I've exluded the folder and the installed on my antivirus.
    but I still get the following error:

    my refresh rate is allready at 60 Hz so this fix won't work for me, I've also tried to change resolution with no success.

    I tried to change resolutions to the lowest resolution possible (dont have 800 x 600 option), didn't work
