Cant launch the game

Whenever i try to open MapleRoyals.exe i get the error "you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I do run it as administrator. I'm also using windows 8 so that might be a problem. I tried "lolwut" ,but im not entirely sure how to use it. As far as i can tell you open the MapleRoyals.exe file with it? I also get the not having permission error even thought i did.

I also sometimes get the error "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service."

My friend installed it no problem and went through it step by step how she did it and it doesn't work for me. Any help would be appreciated.

 

try to disable your anti virus or just set it to allow royals

 

Thank you for reply, i manged to get "lolwut" kinda of working i guess, it says shortcut not found. Any help with that?

 

sorry i never used lolwut. i used to just spam open until it worked lol but if you put it to windows 98 compatibility mode it should start up first go. it works for me without lolwut

 

For anyone who uses "lolwut" it says im missing the shortcut to the game, MapleStory8. Anyone know anything about it.

 

have you tried to open mapleroyals without using that?

 

Yes, i get insufficient system resources exist when i try and run it.
