Can't log in after entering PIC

    When I enter the PIC during character select, I get "trouble logging in? (message about visiting forums for help)"

    Anyone know why?

    Please do not post your account information publicly.
    If you are getting a message after entering your PIC, you need to make sure you have the most up to date files and you may possibly have a MAC ban. If your files are up to date you will need to PM an administrator.
