Closed cant log in because of invaild logging attempts

    i just downloaded back the game to back to play
    and i received this massage

    i already did a reset to my password 10minutes ago
    but this massage still comes up and i cant log in

    It looks like you have forgotten your PIN/PIC and entered an invalid one multiple times.

    Start a conversation with either Tim or Andreas (only one of them) and provide the following:
    1) Your character names
    2) The date of birth associated with your account
    3) The email address associated with your account
    4) Your account username

    Also add that you're missing the account's PIN/PIC.
