In Technical Help there is no Reply so maybe i got mac ban or something like that... any way i cant log in with any of my players. It appears that you are unable to connect to the game due to your account not having a MAC address associated with it. If you have any other computers, please attempt to log into the game using those, else you may need to look into using a program such as VMware to access the game. This would be a temporary thing as we can look into solving why you have no MAC address further from there.
