Can't Log In/DCing when Changing Channels

Hello,

I just joined today.

I was playing just fine until I changed channels, then I disconnected to log in screen and saw the message for ID already logged in. Then I waited a couple of minutes and tried again, got to character selection screen and then when I put in my PIC, I disconnected to the "Unable to connect to game server" error. I tried a couple of times and then after restarting my computer, it let me log in again. Then I changed channels and the same issue all over again, now I am getting the same "Unable to connect to game server" error all over again. Here is a screenshot I took: https://prnt.sc/lcgyaa

I do not have firewall on or any anti virus software installed. I downloaded the game today so I think all of my files should be up to date.

So, I noticed that this happens with my current internet only. I tried using Hotspot from my cellphone and it works, so can anyone help me fix this with my home internet?
