Can't log in due to wrong ID

    I registered today to the server and downloaded the setup file.
    After installing the client I launched MapleRoyals executable file and was able to reach the log in screen in which I encountered the error message saying my user Id does not exist.
    I have managed to log in to the website alright and even changed my password with no effect. Any help would be great.

    I'm not sure what is causing this.

    I can't Log in, I didn't even make a character yet so I think think it's the right place to post this kind of thread
