Hello, I was surprised to see that my account was permanently banned for macrobotting. I completely understand the importance of maintaining fair play in the game, and I respect the rules of the community. However, I would like to kindly ask for a review of my case. If there was any behavior that looked like automation, it may have been caused unintentionally or misinterpreted. I have always tried to play fairly and would never intentionally use tools that violate the rules. This account means a lot to me, and I’ve invested a significant amount of time into it. There were multiple tests done and if you were truly there playing actively for that incredibly long 9 hour session you had, you would have noticed. Your permanent ban for macrobotting will remain and we recommend you find a different game and server that accommodates your playing style as you are not welcome here.
