Can't log in on mac

Hi, when I get to the login screen I type everything in and click enter or log in and it freezes there. Is there anything you guys can do or any solutions for me? I'm on a mac.

 

Have you at some point used Parallels on your Mac? If so, there may be an issue with the game blocking your Parallels-generated MAC address.

 

I've never tried using parallels, but do you think that could work as a solution?

 

Can I suggest a better idea? PM me and John the MAC address of your Mac computer and whichever of us is around can check up to see if that computer is MAC-banned for some reason.
