It says my account is already logged in when I try to log in to Maple. I tried to log in to the control panel on the website in order to use the "fix" option that I read about in the troubleshooting. The problem is I cannot log in to the website, it says my account or password is wrong and it gives me a 3 second countdown. I have seen a few people make threads about this but they always seem to figure out what the problem is and I never end up seeing a reply to them that has the solution.
I figured it out too I had a password longer than 12 characters. The website just needs the first 12 characters of your passwords to log in.
