Hello people! It's been a while since I've joined this game, and so far I'm loving it. But sometimes, I d/c and then when I try to log in again it says "server is under inspection or character is logged in." So I tried to log in to the control panel, since someone said I had to reset it there. But when I used my username and password, it says it's incorrect. I tried it more than 10 times using the same username / password as the in game one but it still doesn't work.
