Can't log in to game

I made an account but whenever I try to log in it just says "this is not a registered ID". Can someone pls help me?

 

If it's not a registered ID then it isn't a registered ID.

• Make sure you don't have the Beta installed by checking the folder for the ASPLnchr.exe, if you have you have the wrong setup installed.

 

I have the ASPLnchr.exe in my folder what can i do to fix this?

You can uninstall the Beta.

 

I reinstalled the game and now the ASPLnchr.exe thing isn't there but I still can't log in. I know my account is registered because I can log in on the website but not in the game

 

Can't log in doesn't say me much, what type of problem?

Also if you didn't delete the Beta before you installed the correct setup it well mess up your folder, since they install to the same location.

 

like I said before it says that the ID doesn't exist which it clearly does for I can log in on the website. I did delete the beta before I installed the correct one

 

The forums and the game use a different id. You haven't registered for the game yet.

 

Yes i've registered for the game and the forum. I'm using the game ID when logging in but it isn't working

Yes, it works fine there but not in the game

 

Only reason that would be is because you are still using the beta/trying to play on the wrong server.

 

That doesn't really make any sense since the folder doesn't have the ASPLnchr.exe file in it. Well I guess my game is messed up in some other way or something

 

If you downloaded the correct setup, I would uninstall the game then delete the folder if it's still there, then reinstall using the correct setup.
