Closed Can't log in website or forum

    It happened yesterday got d/ced, then tried logging back on it said account already logged on. Then I tried logging on website, it said username or password is incorrect. Can someone please help me username for that account is [Please do NOT post your account name(s) on the forum ~ Kat]

    First of all, double-check that you entered the right password. Second, is your password too long? (longer than 12 letters/numbers)
