    Problem: Character stucked in cash shop, can't log in my account now.
    Details: This is an ID that is already logged in,or the server is under imspection.

    You won't be able to login till there is a server check as we are unable to manually unstick players at the moment. You may have to wait awhile as the last server check was earlier today.
