Hello! Ever since the Halloween event and update, I have not been able to log in. I've been trying to log in ever since but nothing has happened. I ask that you please look into it to check what is wrong (and not just me, but all accounts that have this problem). I am able to log into my alternate account but my main one is not able to. It's not banned because I can get through the log in screen. When I double click a channel (not a character), I d/c and get an error saying "error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)". I ask and hope that I will be able to log in ASAP because I really don't want to miss the event and a chance on good items.
