Closed Can't log in

    Problem: Can't log in
    Details: When I try to log in, a message appears that says "This account is permanently blocked from logging in due to too many invalid login attempts. Pease reset your password on our website to regain acces to this account". I already change my password and I still can not enter, help please. Thanks.
