    Last thing you did: Training at wolf spiders a day ago
    Why do you think you got banned?: i dont know
    Ban message when attempting to log in: 'You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later.' after selecting my character.

    You don't appear to be banned - the problem may have been server lag/freeze. Are you able to login now?

    Hi admin,

    I tried reinstalling the game. But i still crash after character selection with the same error message.

    Can you confirm Khalil is your character's name? The account that character is on last logged into the game on June 18 of 2014
