Hey there! I'm a returning player from 2018 and I unfortunately can't remember my PIC for the life of me. I already attempted to troubleshoot by going to the Control Panel, but I can't have access unless I have my PIC. I also tried emailing myself, but I've checked multiple times and still haven't received an email to reset my PIC. I made a private post as well in the support thread, but I'm unsure if I should've made a post here first. Ultimately, I just need my PIC manually reset. Any help would be much appreciated! Hello, welcome back! This thread has been moved to the Technical Help section. Make sure that the email address you enter for recovery is properly capitalized, as it is case-sensitive. Otherwise the best you can do is wait for an Admin to help you with the manual recovery process.

I've already made a private thread in this section, but thanks for the heads up. I still can't get the link to my email, so I definitely need a manual reset from one of the admins. I just wanted to hopefully get a response from one of the admins, but I don't mind waiting.
