Problem: Can't log into my account
Details: I remember my ID and the email that is associated to it. I tried to change my password and it told me that "The account username and email did not match our records, please check and try again."

 

If it told you that then your information you inserted would be wrong.
You would need to PM an admin, with a link to your thread and including detals + the information you tested with.
