cant log into the game

    sorry for my bad english it is not my native lamguage
    so i created a new charcter i wanted a bandit named him TouchMyDit and i got dced afteri created him now i cant log into the game any chance i got ban? it says the account is allready logged in the server is online from what i can see can i get ban for using this name? did i got ban for using this name? thanks for your help :)

    When you get that message log in to the control panel on the website and click character fixes > fix.

    Click the "Home" button.
