I was in CPQ when all of a sudden everything froze and it kicked me off. I tried logging on but it said " This is an ID that is already logged in, or the server is under inspection. Please check again." So I closed my computer and got back on two hours later and that same message is still there. If you could explain what's going on or what I can do I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
