Cant loggin after select character using ethernet cable!

Hi!
When i try to play MRoyals using ethernet cable, when i get double click on my character the game send this message : "Trouble logging into the game? Try launching the game from ...maplestory.nexon.net" ... After this message, close the game!

Obs: I play normally with wifi conection (same conection that ethernet cable)

 

Try to disable your firewall

 

I disabled firewall just like u said, but dont resolved!

actually it works for me, but it's a bit different in my case
just try disable/enable some of the network here might solve this issue(but don't change the main)

 

Dont resolve yet.. I'm searching any solution for that!
