IGN: Shapan Problem: D/C issues & Connecting issues Details: Hello there, Since the server check on March 21st I have been having connectivity issues the past couple of days. Whenever I try logging into channels 1~4, I enter my character pin and my character doesn't login, he just keeps running until it takes me back to the first login section with the error message "unable to login". Whenever I try to login on any other channel (5~20), I have a rough 50% chance of being able to login or getting booted back to the first login section. Also, when I do connect to any channel from 5 to 20 by luck, whenever I try to change channels I automatically disconnect (i.e from channel 7 to 15, 9 to 10, etc). I tried creating a completely new account to see if the bug is with my specific main account or not, but it also happens on my new account. Yes, I've tried different WiFi (home and work), yes I've tried connecting through my mobile hotspot. I've also rebooted my computer many times, ran the program as administrator, tried different compatible settings, excluded the whole MapleRoyals folder from real time protection & firewall, tried also disabling completely firewall & windows defender, deleting the game and uninstalling it from my computer and then downloading all over again + reinstalling, etc. Nothing seems to work, feeling kind of hopeless and it sucks not being able to play the game to its fullest. Before the recent server check, I had absolutely no problems whatsoever connecting to the server, changing channels and whatnot. *Important to note that when I do succeed to login, as long as I don't change channels, I don't lag whatsoever or have any connectivity issues. The game runs smooth as can be.
