Moderate Can't login and when in game connot cc

Hello.
Lately, everytime I login and play- I can't change channels at all.
Also today I can't play cause the game crashes for some reason... I installed the latest version and am not sure what I'm doing wrong or if it's a bug in my computer or the game...
