IGN: Smart Problem: Can't login and now blocked for 5 hours. Details: Just wanted to get online. Logging in with my password worked fine but once I entered my PIC it kept saying it was incorrect (which i'm confused by as im 99% sure i entered my PIC correctly each time). I went to the website to login and was told there had been too many login attempt made and to try recovery. Now I'm 5 hour locked out of logging in and i haven't had a recovery email. edit: Can close this. I just tried again and my 5 hour blockage was gone and i logged in fine .
