UnholyRook, I have another character hero, I cant remember his name because I used to play along time ago, after proximetly 1 and a half year I returned to the game and tried to login to the account where my hero is located and the game shows me this message: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection". I have no idea why this account got blocked I just tried to login to my old character and progress with it but I cant do it because of the block so I really need help recovering my account and its a special case becuase I really dont remember its name. I know that its a problem that I dont remember the character name and I would really like if a GM would make contact with me so I can give him the details of the account.
Hello. You are not banned. You are connecting from a previously banned IP. If you are using a VPN, you need to ensure that you are getting a private IP (normally paid VPN service). You can try restarting your modem/router (unplug for at least 3 minutes) to prompt your ISP for a new IP if you are not using a VPN.
