Cant Login To Game Or Access Website

ive been tryin all day to access game/website

pertaining to the game i get:

"we are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues please check the maplestory homepage for ongoing server checks as well as your firewall settings"

pertaining to website i get:
The connection to royals.ms was interrupted.

Check your Internet connection.
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.

Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.

If you use a proxy server...
Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".

Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET




I checked my firewall, I checked computer permissions, and even jus it case allowed the program through the firewall settings and still nothing, I was on royals.ms trying to vote and my window crashed and I cant even access the site anymore and I don't think I got my nx either... I checked multiple ways and nothing is working... my access is half working for the forums too, due to the fact im banned from forums on DeathByHades and this "network issue"... nothing wrong with my network, firewall, permissions or anything idk whats wrong

 

Like I said on your ban appeal thread- you have been permanently banned for threatening to DDOS our server.

 

You also must have changed your IP to be here as you were IP banned from the server.

 

i was playing last night fine and no i didnt change my ip...i served my 3day ban and i didnt threaten to ddos server and i was just playing last night jus fine if anything can i jus take a second warning ban and rightmy wrongs? i fixed my acc so noone else can access my account so it shouldnt happene again plz n ty i enjoy this server and jus wanna continue playing it wrong happen again and i apologize for what did happen
